Q: I own a unit in a condo/subdivided building where many of it's owners are refusing to pay for the maintenance because the property is not properly maintain. What can I do to ensure that the condo is better maintained & managed?A: Check out the following links on the Building & Common Property (Maintenance & Management) Act that is in operation from 12 April 2007. The developer has 12 months from that date to call for the first meeting to form the Joint Management Body. This is good for apartments like yours where strata titles are not issued yet.
